Essentials ($400/mo): Full CRM, 2-way texting/email, online booking, website chat, review automation, forms, workflows, and mobile app. Growth ($600/mo): Everything in Essentials plus social media scheduling and unified analytics dashboard. Elite AI ($800/mo): Everything in Growth plus AI voice receptionist that answers calls 24/7. AI Only ($500/mo): Just the AI receptionist for businesses with existing systems.
Is setup really free?
Yes, 100% free. We configure your entire system: CRM, booking calendar, chat widget, forms, automations, review system, landing page, AI script, pipelines, campaigns—everything. You just fill out a simple onboarding form.
Are there any hidden fees?
No hidden fees. The monthly price is what you pay. The only additional costs would be if you exceed Twilio usage limits for AI calling (Elite AI and AI Only plans), but we'll discuss this during onboarding.
Can I switch plans later?
Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle.
AI Voice Receptionist
How does the AI receptionist work?
When someone calls your business, the AI answers instantly—no voicemail, no hold music. It greets callers professionally, answers FAQs about your services/hours/pricing, captures customer information, books appointments directly to your calendar, and can transfer calls to you when needed.
Does the AI make outbound calls?
No. The AI only handles inbound calls. It's designed to answer your phone, not make sales calls or cold calls.
What happens after hours?
No. All plans are month-to-month. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime. We believe in earning your business every single month.
What if the AI can't answer a question?
The AI tells callers your business hours, captures their name, number, and reason for calling, and lets them know someone will follow up. You get all this information in your dashboard for next-day follow-up.
Can I customize what the AI says?
Yes! During onboarding, you provide your business details, common FAQs, pricing, services, and any special instructions. We build a custom AI script tailored to your business.
Does the AI tag or qualify leads?
No. The AI's job is to answer calls, book appointments, provide information, and capture customer details. Lead qualification and tagging is done by you in the CRM.
Setup & Onboarding
How long does setup take?
We complete your full setup within 24-48 hours after you submit your onboarding form. Most businesses are live within 2 days of signing up.
What do I need to provide?
Just your business information: name, address, phone, hours, services, pricing, and any website details. For AI plans, we'll also ask about common customer questions and how you want the AI to handle calls.
What if I don't have a website?
No problem! We'll build you a free landing page as part of your setup. It includes your business info, services, and a booking widget.
What do I have access to after setup?
Your dashboard, messaging inbox, booking calendar, forms, CRM contacts, and mobile app. Depending on your plan, you'll also have social scheduling, analytics, and AI call logs.
Features & Functionality
What's included in the CRM?
Full contact management, conversation history, tagging and segmentation, lead tracking, and (on Growth+ plans) visual pipeline management with drag-and-drop lead stages.
How does the booking system work?
Customers can book appointments 24/7 from your website, a booking link, or through the chat widget. They see your availability, select a time, and receive automatic confirmation and reminder texts/emails.
What about review automation?
After appointments or purchases, your system automatically sends customers a request to leave a Google review. This helps you build a 5-star reputation without manual effort.
What's the missed-call text back feature?
If you miss a call, the system automatically texts the caller saying something like 'Sorry we missed your call! How can we help?' This captures leads that would otherwise be lost.
Can I send marketing campaigns?
Yes! You can send unlimited SMS and email campaigns. Create promotions, announcements, follow-up sequences, and more. All messaging is included in your plan.

What kind of support do you offer?
We provide email support with quick response times. We're local to Rhode Island and understand your business needs. For complex issues, we can schedule calls.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. No contracts, no cancellation fees. If you decide Rhody Reach isn't for you, simply cancel before your next billing cycle.
